The problem is that the poll was fixed, dishonest and phony.
Here is what Obama proposed: Letting the Bush tax cuts expire for those with incomes above $250K, and closing some corporate tax loopholes.
And here is what Rasmussen asked in his fixed news poll:

Rasmussen implies in his question that taxes would be raised across the board, but that is not what has been proposed. That's the typical Rasmussen method: pose a question which is false to make the results come out the way you want.
Either doggie is too stupid to realize that Rasmussen polls are dishonest, or doggie knows and spreads Rasmussen's dishonesty.
