How is USC a 41 pt favorite?

I am a giant homer and love SC but they have only scored 40 plus twice all year, and those were games 1 and 2. Sc is 1-5 against the spread.

Realize it's Colorado and SC is at home, so what am I missing?

I agree with what many of you are saying but that USC D will give up points no matter what. It all boils down to if Kiffen wants to leave his starters in for potential or if the back ups see alot of action. With games at Arizona, home to Oregon and ASU, then at UCLA before coming for the Irish......there wont be much time for the back ups to see action after the CU game! Just a thought.

I agree with what has been said previously. USC still wants to seem relevant and will try to hang 60 on a bad Colorado team. They should be called Culo-rado. :mj07:

Not sure I could lay 41 points with this USC team but if you could, you might as well do it against Colorado. Arizona State just shredded these losers by 34 @ CU. Likely pass this game.

I just see usc beating every opponent as bad as possible to improve chances of being the top 1 loss team according to the computers....

And believe me if usc wanted too they could score 70 here

As a USC fan who is 4-2 betting their games this year, meaning I have gone against them often, this one is tough. I do feel that since kiffin has rushed for over 2 bills the last 3 games that they now realize how Silas redd is. With that being said, you can see a total lack of consistency from Barkley to woods and lee. One huge positive is the D has held the last 3 opponents to less than 300 yds on average, though Utah scored some Pts, mainly 14 in the first 2 mins and a last second TD. Interestingly enough, that last TD seemed like a karma repay from the fiasco last year at the coliseum.

I have heard that the SC receiver as well as Barkley are chomping for a big game, so am leaning to playing SC ov team total, SC Q1, SC half 1 and over. Still not sure about the game.

Well.... that was quick. Two plays TD USC. They may win this one by 60. Piece of shit Kiffin won't let up today.
