2 weeks ago I had, and many others a wager that was graded 3 days after event. Obliviously it was happened after countless calls, emails, chats from those many people. I personally made 2 phone calls, send one email, and one time was on chat about this.
Now it is happening again, one event finished 14 hours ago another 6 hours ago and it still not graded. It was boxing match Latimore vs Powell with already 14 hours delay in grading. Book is sportsbetting.com
So I guess my questions, how much time you have to give a book on grading, before you start complaining about that to them?
And what could be reason for book not to grade wagers right away?
I have to mention that all this events have clear results on all sites, so those results clearly visible.

I just called them, they say they will forward this information to grading department. Like I said it happened like this 2 weeks ago also. I ask, what is the possible reason could be for not grading?
They say they can not answer it with certainty, they say possibly high volume bets, but not sure.
The thing is if it is just high volume, then it is OK with me, I can wait. But if it something else, I really like to know.

I would say it's normal for a wager to be graded almost instantly. The only thing I've ever had delays on was various prop bets.

My concern this is straight bet on huge underdog +800 and this underdog happen to win more then 2 grand.
Now they did grade bets on other fights that finished way later, but this fight they neglect to grade.
Two weeks ago was the same story, underdog won +275 more then 2 grand and they did the same. They grade all fights that finished later and almost instantaneously, yet this fight they took 3 days to grade. It could be just a freak coincidence, my only concern if it is not coincidence.

They don't want to pay you. You might get paid, but it will take forever and be worth more of a headache than 2k is worth. There are a million bad sportsbooks out there and this happens to be one of them. They were sisters with sportsbook.com for a while who is even worse. They used the same payment processers until last year and since then its been complaint after complaint against them. Maybe you will get paid, but it will be a hassle, and probably won't be anytime soon. Getting them to grade the bet is only 1/2 the problem. Getting paid is the other. I hope you do.

Thanks BleedDodgerBlue. I also hope that I will get paid and I need to be much more careful now.

Here is a great update:00hour . They graded my wager, so I guess I overreacted. It took them 22.5 hours though after event finished.

I think it is pretty good lesson. And lesson is, if you trying to win something, then place bets on different sites( no matter if one site will have better odds or not). It is not only about winning bets or how much you win, it is also about security.
