So. Cal
Will never happen ,your rewarding the defense then to pass int on a definite td

then explain why teams dont do stuff now that would benefit them as per the rules???

jump/guess on the snap count on defense from inside the 1 (the penalty is inches)

scoop and score on blocked punts (why do the dive for the recovery like it's a fumble?)

committ false start penalty's on offense when the clock is running and ahead late to reset the play clock and keep the game clock to run

you're giving defenders way too much credit to make instant, calcualted decisions to commit intentional penalties when they arent trained that way.......the free yards have become too much and too easy.......

if you want to prevent that...then throw in a third type of pi flag....an intentional pi that's a spot foul (but most would be 15 yards)

i understand the dude did not turn around and even that it WAS a penalty, my issue is that it should be 15 yards no more than that, it is too harsh a penalty and there is no guarantee the dude would have CAUGHT the ball, as the wr's drop them all the time..when a team cant move the ball on their own thet heave up a pass and LOOK for a pass int call..
