A look back at some lines from earlier this season, and how off-base (or in some cases ridiculous) they look now. If only we knew then what we know now! Things change so much over the course of the year.

Week 1:
San Diego @ Cincinnati -3
St Louis -3 @ Denver
Dallas -8 @ Houston

Week 2:
NY Giants @ St Louis -12?
Buffalo @ Minnesota -4

Week 3:
Kansas City at New England -8?
New Orleans -1? @ Chicago
St Louis -3 @ Tampa Bay

Week 4:
Chicago @ Buffalo -3
New England -3 @ San Diego

Week 5:
Baltimore @ Cleveland -6?
Green Bay -1 @ Chicago

Week 6:
New Orleans Pk @ Washington
Green Bay @ New England -6
Atlanta @ NY Giants -4?
Oakland -8 @ St Louis

Week 7:
San Diego @ Oakland -7

Very true GM, it is interesting how things change as the year goes on. Also, in those early weeks when there is a game that doesn't quite play out like you think and you think it must be a fluke -- but as the year goes on, it all makes sense. Its getting to that time of year where you can really tell exactly what a team has. Those that simply fold at a mediocre record, or those teams that started out bad and a coming together as a team now to show they still have a chance (Rams and Patriots).

Good stuff
