Thought I'd share a few excepts from a local paper written by a dj who's on one of our local talk stations. He goes on to say "I would like to humbly submit a few suggestions to advance the discussion of making Hawaii a safer place to live".
CAR THEFTS. Remove the eyes of thieves so they cannot steal another car. Can't hotwire a vehicle or drive off if you are blind.
ICE USERS. Manufacture, sell, possess or use ice and you will be hanged in the middle of downtown Honolulu.
RAPISTS. Commit a rape and you'll be escorted into a room where the victim's family members will be waiting. They will be given baseball bats and five minutes alone with you.
HOME BURGLARS. Perpetrators will have their hands lopped off.
MURDERERS. Upon hearing the guilty verdict, they will be taken to a room next to the court and immediately be put to sleep.
CHILD ABUSERS. I cannot describe what you will suffer in the pages of a family publication. Let me just say that crushed glass and a propane torch are involved. Then execution.
