On the course!
Actually, with the amount of time that they hald the ball, they should have had more than 9 points. I don't think it was really a dominating game. Philly's defense bent, but didn't break.

Yeah, I didn't really see the 'domination' by the Giants at all.

The Giants had only 23 more passing yards, the same exact rushing yards, a much lower rushing average, a much lower per play average, they were shut-out in the second half just like the Eagles were in the first half. The Giants had 17 more plays, but all that meant in this game was that they ran 17 more 3 yard dive plays.

The second half basically mirrored the first half, but the teams exchanged roles and Philly was fortunate enough to actually cash in for a TD, where the Giants settled for field goals.

Pretty much a dead heat, IMO.

Giants moved the ball inside the Eagles 15yd line three times in the first half. Had two 1st and goals. Three drives over 10 plays. Eagles didn't sniff any first and goals and were fortunate enough to have been setup in great field position by a shanked punt. Eagles had the ball for a tad over 5 minutes in the first half...not sure how that isn't 'dominating' even if it wasn't reflected on the scoreboard. Of course, the Giants didn't take advantage of their first-half 'domination' with the help of some horrendous play-calling inside the 10yd line.

Giants coaching was the difference in the game...first half their gameplan and players showed they could control the game, but Fassel left his offense (and entire team) out to dry with his version of the 'prevent' offense in the second half.

Rushing yards were even...albeit McNabb's 21yd bootleg on the final play was the evening factor.

Although I had a 'bad' feeling when the Giants left the door open after not capitalizing in the first half, during the second half I never got the feeling that the Eagles were 'dominating' the game or had taken control...well, until under two minutes left that is.

Well, lets put it this way...the Giants should have won the game and should have covered. Anyone that watched the game would agree with that. This is the second week in a row they 'should have' won but managed to lose by 1 point. They was the point to my sarcastic post.

Giants will never beat a good defensive team as long as Collins is the QB.It seems that he gets intimidated which causes TO's.IMO they made a big mistake by taking Dayne over Alexander in the draft a few years ago.Dayne is too fat & too slow hitting the line.Barber is not an every down back,he seems like he can't take the punishment. You need a big back at the goaline & their's are either too fat or not strong enough.
