More often than not -weirdly when the favorite covers, the game stays under --prolly because the team favored shuts down the 'dogs offense. Just the opposite for the over is the trend, in the dog showing up and scoring their share to stay within the number, and in doing so, goes over.
this 'trend' hasnt actually held true for 4 of 5 SNF games this year -tonight I believe the giants score more than their share and come away with the high scoring W (both squads in the 30's) -bucking the trend with a dog-over result
