Maybe, but hard to know for sure. Canadian fish and game rules are much different than ours. For example, illegally tagging could be an honest mistake bc of how difficult they make that sometimes. For example; to bring back waterfowl we killed, we had to leave both wings attached to the cleaned carcass. Pain n the ass and stupid, but that's the law, and yes, we were checked.

The spoilage one could be something as simple as he ran out of ice too. The spoiled game mentioned part of the animal too, and it was in his possession. When I think of spoilage, I think of killing something and leaving it not cleaning it and keeping it on me?? Spoilage laws are much stricter in Canada too.

The other violation could be anything from killing a coot that was out of season to a bald eagle. Lots of illegal birds that look like legal birds, but a mistake that should not be made.

I can't stand lesnar, but really not enough info from this article to know for sure.

That's true - in Iowa we have to tag a buck around the antler, if we tag him around the leg - it's "illegally" tagged

I probably assumed the worst because I think Lesnar is a D-bag, but you make some valid points:0008

I heard on the radio that he got a big fine and is not allowed back in that area to hunt.

Of course Brock has like a gazillion dollars so the fine means nothing. And of course he'd never go back to that area again anyway.
