Why did he leave Webb in with runners on first and third, down by 3 in the fourth inning, knowing that he is struggling and already has a high pitch count?

Why in the sixth with the bases loaded and no one out, does he send the runner from third on a shallow fly ball down by 4 runs? The runner was thrown out at the plate.

Last year against the Brewers, the game was tied in the bottom of the ninth and the Brewers had the bases loaded with nobody out and Hurdle did not pull the outfielders in. They were all playing at normal depth, so that any fly ball was going to score a run and any soft liner would fall in front of the outfielders.

He must not be too bright to not understand these fundamental baseball concepts.
