Hybrid owners to pay gas tax

this is one tax I agree with, liberals driving hybrids use the road as much as I do so they should pay their fair share to drive on free interstate highways :0003
OK how come you agree with that, but I think you disagreed with smokers and Obese people paying their fair share for health care. :shrug:

I do. The most conservative person I know drives a Prius. As a conservative, he would definitely be against this. You're not a real conservative, so you wouldn't understand that.
my dad is a 62 year old staunch conservative who drives a Lexus hybrid. My best client is a 60 year old fox news type who drives a Prius. Before that she drove another hybrid.

Yes but why shouldn't smokers and obese people pay more for health insurance? They should have to pay their fare share.
I would also say you don't know many liberals in your circle of friends and family, that is why you don't know of any conservative who drives a Prius. Texas Conservatives are more over the top then most, at least in my experience
Obama thinks people who make over 250K should pay their fair share, I think people who buy cars to avoid paying gas tax should have to pay their fair share also, we share the roads with these people, they should share in the cost. How much is debatable, maybe 500 dollars for registration per year :shrug: you libs love taxing others and taking from others can't wait for you to have to pay your fair share and see how you feel then :lol:
I'm a single male, I pay my fair share. The point is, its not just liberals who drive hybrids that is your delusional thinking. Also you think people buy cars and think, "I'll buy this to avoid gas tax." Sure they want to save on gas but it's not knowingly to avoid the tax.
I think Obese People should pay $10 more a month for health insurance for every pound OVER 20 pounds over BMI. Smokers should get taxed.
What do you think happens when people who make the most money are not taxed the most?

I am a single male also and trust me I pay my fair share of taxes plus child support
we will see what happens, its all talk now...I would like to think if you are driving a gas saver and using the roads for your benefit there should be something they could do to make sure you pay your fair share
