my posts last week about Roy Williams' lack of coaching or ability to win important games on the road were obviously withhout merit. It certainly takes someone special to blow a 24 point lead to at best a very average team, allowing your players to take nearly 1/2 of their shots from 3 point range with a huge lead, allowing the opponenet to shoot 55% with solid defense, and to give up a 3 point shot to tie in the waning seconds when a foul assures victory. My sincerest regrets.

Well I dont think you can say Carr as he has won a title. Mack has never wona conference title anywhere which is a big strike, but he also has never been ranked in the Top 3 nor has a he played in an ultimate game to choke it. Roy certainly has had more talent, for alot longer, and let's not forget that most years he got to play his conference tournament and MANY NCAA tourney games all of 30 minutes from campus and managed to lose a few of those as well. Mack and Carr have lost, and badly at times, but almost always to good teams - I dont remember them losing to the likes of Rhode Island at home in a run for a title.
