I think the Sixers are gonna get rewarded for getting rid of Iverson and playing to win the rest of the year. I wish i could just bet them to be in the top three but my book doesn't offer those odds.

true odds are 143 to 1 so its actually not that bad a bet. you are basically playing your local state lottery with no proceeds going to schools.

but you did get the best price you could. i have no interest, but quickly looked at a few books and all i could find is oly ripping off people at 40 to 1 on philly winning. wish i had his customer list. you would have to brain dead to play those numbers.

i just have this feeling that they will be in the top three. 1 is a huge reach. Just the way the NBA works. Some strange things happen when Iverson left and then they start winning when they stink just was another strange thing. And all this talk about Boston getting it makes me think they have no shot. I just wish Larry Brown would leave town because he set the franchise back twenty years drafting Larry Hughes over Paul Pierce when everyone was begging him to take Pierce.
