i couldn't believe it!! it's flattering, but believe me i am the last person to follow in my selections. i only do this for my pleasure, & am definetly not a professional.


eventhough they gave me credit for the picks(don't know if that's good(lol)), are they allowed to post my writeups in their forum without my consent?


does anyone know?

sure they are allowed to do it. That's happened to me before, and I know several others that has happened to as well. What can you do about? Nothing I suppose, lol! At least they gave you credit for it, that usually doesn't happen.

Tell you what, Nolan might know more about this. It happened to him a few years ago I'm pretty sure when he was hitting so good in the NFL, and I think he might have investigated what actions to take. Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but that seems to come to mind. I think a scamdicapper was putting out his writeups on his website and charging for them. If I'm wrong about remembering this, sorry in advance, but it popped in my mind as soon as I read your post.

I remember parts of it. Nolan held off with his picks till it was to late for them to be copied very easy. nolan had his stuff up by Thursday. And many times for some early plays to catch a good line by Tuesday. I believe he held off till late Sunday Morning. That way the guy could try to use them but would have tough time doing it.

If its just some guy in a forum, and hes giving you credit already, probably nothing you can do other than email him and ask him to stop. If its the owner of a site you could also try emailing him and asking him what hes doing. Then if you want to get nasty there are many other options.

we are degenerate gamblers.....to be a plagarist on top of that is almost unbearable....:nooo:.....

i`ve seen my boxing write-ups on other forums....only i didn`t get the credit:shrug:.....

i`m a little upset if the "write-up" is "right on"....

if i blew it,i`m very happy to exist in total anonimity.....

my advice....wait until after the weekend to get indignant:D ....
