Don't beat yourself up it happens to us all was going through it myself for a few weeks sometimes you just need to take a break for a week or so clear your head and start over the next week so hang in there !!!!!

DUDE if you only knew how many times I've said that to myself over the years....LOL

You'll come around .....the only advice I can give you is don't make large bets to try and win it all back overnight.
