to the FINALS. Yeah, yeah I'm a fan and everything but I think the public is underestimating this team's ability. The fact is they have been tearing it up ALL year long. They've been coming from behind like nothing and in the tourney they've protected big leads. I think people are playing too much into the inexperience factor because the fact is that their guards have ****in ice in their veins(McNamara and Edelin play like seniors) That combined with the raw talent of Warrick and Anthony and the underestimated presence of McNeil will be enough for the orange to pull this one out. I'm just not sold on the fact that Thomas,BBuckman and company will dominate Syracuse down low, it WON"T happen. What warrick lacks in bulk he more than makes up for in length and quickness and people underestimate anthony's size and rebounding ability down low, he can bang with any of texas guys also. I'm feeling the mojo of the ORANGE led by genius FINAL FOUR EXPERIENCED coach Boeheim. Maybe I'm crazy or maybe I'm not, but I know one thing Texas better bring their A game.

Boddicker and his 7.9 ppg aren't scaring Syracuse. Syracuse is 3-0 vs. the Big 12 this year (Missouri, Okla St., Oklahoma), looking to make it 4-0 on Saturday. UConn came back from 14 down against Texas by playing zone, as we know Syracuse will do the whole game. Does Texas have enough outside shooting to get it done? That's questionable, as they shoot 34% from the arc

YO DR.....

YO DR.....

They came back from 14 down when the best point guard in the country hands down was sitting on the bench by the name of TJ FORD. Food for thought!

If only our military planners had the good sense to employ Syracuse's 2-3 zone against the Republican Guard, the war would already be over. It is simply unstoppable.

How did Syracuse ever lose?

i remember a couple years ago in the tourney Kansas put that 2-3 zone in its place.....

if Syracuse beats Texas and then Kansas in the Finals, then i will give it up to them....would have gone through the best 3 teams in the best conference to win it all....but until then.....don't get all hyped about beating an OU team on your homefloor that played its worst game of the season.......

Im not hyped about beating OU and I don't think the zone is the greatest thing in the world nor is it unstoppable. It is simply another factor that I hope helps the ORANGE beat texass

And Freeze. Yeah, Hinrich Boschee and co. smoked that zone in the sweet 16 in Dayton OH a few years back, I was at that game and it was a blow out, not unexpected though. You see, that team was led by a shooter name shumpert, who was there best player and he was not very good. The shumpert years are over, thank god, and this current ORANGE team doesn't even compare to that shitty team. In my book it is even better than the team that went to the finals in 1996. That team was more of the John Wallace show. Wallace put on one of the greatest runs in tourney history including a 3 pt runner to beat georgia in the sweet 16. Wallace played out of his head probably averaging about 25 and 12 throughout the tourney, dominating way more than anthony is currently doing, but that team had no balance. I have total confidence in this team with guys other than anthony, such as warrick Mac edelin duany pace Mcneil and pretty much the whole team except FORTH. They are damn good this year!

OU made the 2-3 zone look a lot better than it was, but you have to give credit where credit is due. Don't forget that Syracuse has come out of that zone and played man before, and has done well. tejas will not have the same success from outside either though. What would concern me if I was a tejas backer is that they should've burried that MSU team with the foul trouble they got them in, and the shooting extravaganza they were having from outside, not to mention their help off of the bench. I see this as being a close game - up until the last 3 minutes. That favors Syracuse. (and their bettors)

Anyone who watched the Auburn game know it was never in question, Yeah great they hit 4 threes in the last minute, but even as that was taking place, I, as a die hard SU fan, never once thought Syracuse was gonna lose, maybe they would've of there were more time left on the clock, but there wasn't!
