Never could. I know him so well. I knew he was overpumped when he kept throwing low and bouncing pitches. He couldn't settle in. His location was off. If he was dialed in he would have been unhittable. I was nervous about him pitching game 1 of the WS. Snell would have been a much better option but due to the rotation of the last series, it fell on him. Dodgers capitalized on every mistake pitch and walks. Let's see what Snell brings tomorrow.
