Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) believes President Barack Obama should appoint a "czar" to lead America's response to Ebola.
"From spending time here in Arizona, my constituents are not comforted. There has to be more reassurance given to them. I would say that we don't know exactly who's in charge. There has to be some kind of czar," McCain said Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union."
"I don't think we're comforted by the fact that we were told there would never be a case of Ebola in the United States," McCain continued. "Obviously that's not correct."
McCain's call for a czar marks something of an about-face for the senator, who has long groused about the Obama administration's use of the appointed officials.
Other Republicans have also seemingly changed their minds on the issue. Rep. Jack Kingston (R-Ga.), who once introduced the "Czar Accountability and Reform Act" to cut off funding for czars, said earlier this month that Obama needed to appoint such an official to help unify the government's response to Ebola.

Obama, ethnic background?
Would someone please present reliable information on the following subject and explain if they think it matters. People keep saying that Obama is the first African American to become President (soon to be). However I have found some information that refutes that claim. Supposedly he is 50% Caucasian from his mother?s side, which I certainly believe. However from his father?s side he is said to be 6.25% African from his great great grandfather, and 43.75% Arabic. Supposedly the reason that his Arabic family was down in Kenya is that his family was "extended a grant from Queen Victoria who gave them the right to continue the slave trade in exchange for helping the British defeat the Madhi Army in southern Sudan and the Upper Nile Region." So it sounds like the man that has been boasted as the first African American President is actually only 6.25% African, and is the son of slave traders. I found the info only by accident, and if you use the %s in a search you will find more info allot easier. So far I haven?t found anything creditable to a point that it can?t be denied.
