What's up?
Ya know, at the beginning of this season, I posted a thread on how the big ten would finish. Of course I picked Michigan to finish first and I still believe that.....I was way off in having MSU second...and I had Iowa third. I made the comment that Iowa would be a sleeper this year and I got laughed at by a few people. I knew Iowa would have a good team this year with Brad Banks back and let's face it, they had a pretty easy non conference schedule. The one thing that sets my mind at ease is we're playing at home.
I'm one of the few Michigan backers who's a Navarre fan. If he would only stop getting so many passes batted down at the line of scrimmage. He's been playing decent the last few games but still sits in the pocket too long sometimes. Chris Perry had to leave the Purdue game with a bum ankle but returned and finished strong. If for some reason his ankle is sore, we have last years TB, BJ Askew to move from FB to TB to fill in. Braylon Edwards is who you'll have to control to stop the offense....putting lots of pressure on Navarre would do that.
My biggest concern is our deep secondary. Cato June and and Marlin Jackson can get the job done but the Curry brothers are toast in the deep secondary.
If this game comes down to a kick,......well, Congratulations.
I go to almost every Michigan home game, and here is the biggest game to date of the season and I had to give my tickets up!
I'm in a wedding Saturday. I'll get home about 1 am Sunday when I plan to watch the tape of the game, then watch the tape of PSU laying the wood to OSU!
Good Luck.
