honestly...
I think E. Caro is pretty awful...
gm is at Houston... just got upset on the rd at Memphis... might be lookin to take out some of coach's aggression on a bad team
If I try to make a "do or die" play, I try to find an above avg team to back
they may cover the large #... but I wouldn't bet on it.

Looks like you gonna have a lot of time to get ready for football... geeeezus... EC is terrible... prob would have looked at a different game considering the stipulation you made... GL moving forward

I've been picking games but wasn't posting and wasn't doing well, so I figure I'll stop for the rest of the season, but I figured I'd try another pick before I leave. I thought if the pick wins, I'll stay, but if it loses, I'll be done for the rest of the season.
There's a site called "scoresandodds" that provides easy-access free info on games, tm history's, latest injuries, etc
IF you're looking to make a play... or even to "practice" making plays, u can access some good, basic info on tms involved to help in the decision process...

I think it's great that you know when to take a break. It's a sign of strength.
When I lose a game in the manner which you just did, I laugh it off. It helps me.
A few years ago I had a big play on San Diego +15 or +16 or whatever at BYU. It never had a chance. BYU won by like 47 or something like that. Do you know what helped me get over it? I said to myself "Self, would you have taken San Diego if the linesmakers made a mistake and given you 30 extra points and allowed you to play San Diego at +46?"
My answer to myself: "Hell, yes! I'd put a small fortune on it!" And I STILL would have lost. Made me feel a bit better.
Growing up here in the NYC suburbs (before the internet) there was a sportscaster on CBS Channel 2 named Warner Wolf. Back then, it was common for gamblers to rely on t.v. and radio reports during the sports segments of the show to get final scores.
Warner Wolf knew this. Let's say the Nets lost that night by 42 points; he would say "If you had the Nets and 41 points, you STILL lost!"

A handicapping lesson I learned the hard way when I was cutting my teeth with this thing: Never bet on bad teams to just hold on and stay within the large number.
I'm mostly an underdog player, but now I NEVER take a team that I don't think has a legitimate chance to win the game outright.
I think that San Diego play a few years back was the last straw for me. Look for "live dogs" and use the spread as an extra cushion.
