It's been a while since I've been able to post. Been on the road a lot for work. So far this year we are 2-0 on "I'll Pay To See" games. I'll push my luck today, even though Sundays' always seem to treat me poorly.
Cubs opened up at -170 and I just placed my wager at -154. Line headed in the wrong direction, but that's why "I'll pay to see"........
Cubbies have won their last 7 and 9 of last 10. A's have dropped 7 of their last 8.
Neither team has been lighting up the scoreboard and the A's have backed Manaea with 4 straight wins at home, but the A's just aren't that good and Manaea is not Kershaw. I'll take the streaking Cubbies to sweep before heading back to Chi Town.
