MY BAD...DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS POSTED ALREADY.....MY QUESTION IS HOW COME IRS ISN'T AFTER HIM? :shrug:
Buckwhet irs cannot go after him HE wasnt making money from this and just because he asked for gifts didnt mean he got them.
IT wasnt the pool that was the problem it was the huge $$$ involved in it!

I disagree. he may call them GIFTS, but they are no different than TIPS.......Any waitress can claim her tips are really just gifts can't she?.....I think it's why he referred to them as GIFTS in the first place....Gifts from strangers are REALLY TIPS aren't they? Let's face it the IRS always wants in on the action :nono:
