I have to admit the illini are pretty damn terrible. I go to the damn school and it is hard to watch them because it doesn't seem as if they try very hard. They really don't know how to entry pass the ball into the post and Brian Cook thinks he is Sean Harrington runnin around by the 3 point line. They were 10 times better last year when they actually had a big man in Griifin and some leadership in McClain. Frankie doesn't know how to lead a team. Just like in high school, once sergio was gone the didn't win state unlike the previous 4 year when sergio was there they did. Then their other starting gaurd Bradford, when did he become a slasher. He needs to run off of screens for jumpers like he did when he was the best player on the team. There main fault lies within there structure of an offense. They have too many mouths to feed and only one plate of food to go around. Cook needs to stay on the block, Cory needs to take his shots when they are there, and Frankie needs to stop forcing, I have never seen worse shots come from a supposed first team all american. Msybe, I am wrong and completely mistaken and once they get Damir and Lucas back they will be fine, but to me it doesn't seem that way.
