Played Illinois plus 17.5 (bought it up). Expect sluggish effort from USF following Irma. The return to normalcy is a slow process down here and I expect them to be out of sorts. Extra meaning for Lovie as well returning to Tampa and appearing before local media and fans for first time since being run out of town couple years ago.
