California is getting to be a very difficult place to live. The taxes are outrageous and there is no end in sight. We have a totally corrupt governor whose approval ratings are about 10%. The Repubs don't want a recall though, because they are sure they can beat him next time. If he is recalled and the Dems put in somebody else, the Repub can't win. Always great to see our elected officials doing what is right. We have another guy out here, high ranking congressman Herb Wesson who just gave in to overwhelming public clamor for his neck. Herb told the public that he would see to it that every paper clip was accounted for. While counting the paper clips, he put four former politicos on the state payroll at around 8k per month each. Some of these people even had to attend 2 meetings a month! All four had played key roles in passing some of Herb's legislation. This state is over run by dishonest politicians - Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, etc. We are still paying $2 for a gallon of gas and the latest court ruling, hold on to your hats,..........................
makes it illegal to terminate an employee for cross-dressing! So I guess I could dress up like a girl next week and not be at risk of losing my job! I could go on forever. Wonder why I am still here!
