INDIANS/ROYALS Under 9.5 ?110 - These clubs combined to score 16 runs on Wednesday night, but I expect far fewer runs to be scored in this afternoon?s quick turnaround game. Last night?s result notwithstanding, the Under is still a very solid 10-4-1 in the last 15 head-to-head meetings between these clubs, and both of today?s starting pitchers appear to be in good form. May has been a pleasant surprise for KC, as he has pitched much better than his 8-7 record would indicate. He has a very good 3.70 ERA to go along with an excellent 1.19 ratio, and the Under is now 7-3, 70.0% in his last 10 starts, 7 of which were Quality Starts. May posted a Complete Game the last time he faced Cleveland, allowing just 2 runs and 6 hits. Westbrook was off to a slow start this year, but he has come to hand nicely, recording 3 Quality Starts in his last 4 efforts. He was brilliant in his only start vs. Kansas City, surrendering 1 run and only 3 hits in 6 innings. Given that the Royals are hitting a modest .241 vs. right-handers in their last 10 games, I expect Westbrook to hold his good form here.
