CLEVELAND INDIANS +125 - I kick off my 2004 MLB campaign with a bit of a value pop here. I actually rate the starting pitchers in this game about even, and both of these teams have solid bullpens. Therefore, I see nice value here on the underdog at this price. Sabathia went a good 13-9 while pitching for a bad club last year, with a fine 3.60 ERA and 1.30 ratio. He did his best pitching at night, when he was 10-5 with a 3.38 ERA and 1.25 ratio. Interestingly, the Indians are also 16-7, 69.6% as a team when Sabathia starts on the road vs. division rivals. Radke is generally considered the ace of the Twins staff, but he was a rather disappointing 14-10 last season with a 4.49 ERA, and opposing batters hit .288 off of him. Most distressing was the fact that he had a poor 5.52 ERA here at the Metrodome, as opposed to an excellent 3.44 ERA on the road.
