Mike Clevinger is sick and may miss his scheduled start Saturday, according to Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
If that were to happen, reliever Dan Otero would make the start in his place, in effect making it a bullpen game. Adam Plutko, who has started games for the Tribe this year, was also recalled Saturday, but his arrival at Detroit's Comerica Park may not align with the start of the game. Even if Clevinger does miss the start, it sounds like he should only be pushed back a day or two, and nothing more serious.
