Interesting combinations 1837 - Junqueira over Hornish but Hornish over de Ferran. I like it :). If Junqueira can run back to that race in Japan he is definitely the driver to beat. Hornish is a great driver in IRL but for some reason he tends to choke in the big ones.

Actually the two drivers I like for longshots are Robby Gordon and Jimmy Vasser. Apparently at the Stardust they are listed at 60-1 and 50-1 respectively, but the best I can find offshore on them are 15-1 each.

I was going to pass this race and just sleep through it. Just kidding. Now I see I have a couple of plays to make. My eyes and a?? might get tired this weekend watching and sitting in front of all these races. Oh well I could always cut grass. Na the wife likes to do that. I better let her.;)

I must say I can not answer. I know very little on this stuff. I mean I like the 500 but can't answer. I do know there going faster then ever. The new softer walls will be tested.

It should be a great race. Monaco GP in the morning, followed by Indy 500 followed by Coca Cola 600.

Here's a bet for some sportsbook to offer:

In which race will Robby Gordon finish higher - the Indy 500 or the Coca Cola 600. He starts about the same position in both. My guess is the Indy 500 but it should be close.

One matchup that jumps out at me like a sore thumb is at Bet365 - Greg Ray -110 vs. Arie Luyendyk. In practice today Ray was 3rd quickest while Luyendyk was 3rd slowest. Luyendyk said that his car drives like a truck. Ray had troubles during the early sessions but he seems to have his act in gear right now.

Here is a link to the practice times. Ray was over 4 seconds quicker than Luyendyk.

THANKS 1837......

THANKS 1837......

We are on the same page there.........I don't understand the Hornish/Brack one. I'm also very temped with Junqueira, but -50 is a little tough to deal with.

I'll have to think that one over. Anyhow, those are local here in LV.

You no a fellow might consider takeing some these you all agree on. Doing a few small parlays for some extra fun. Not a full wheel that's to many and could get costley.
On that bet Robby Gordon. If he finishes both I would say Indy. He is fresher more on the ball and all that stuff. His luck with Nascar is not so good. Maybe he gets to 600 late. Car goes to back of field. Remember Late is like 30/40 minuets before green flag. I think im right on that. It used to be miss drivers meeting and you go to the back. Maybe still is that way. I can see top 10/12 at Indy. But less then that at 600. But folks Im thinking he can still drive a Indy car as he could before. So anyones thoughts that would not agree with mind are always welcome.
