Green Bay assistant coach Jeff Jagodzinski will take over for O'Brien, but he hasn't named his coaching staff yet and the players are making a push for defensive coordinator, and interim head coach, Frank Sapiani to stay. Close down the Navy attack with an inspired performance and the players might get their wish.
I've been a Navy backer all season but it sounds to me like BC might be even more motivated on the D side today. When players are truly playing for a coach, they generally come out pretty fired up. BC already has a great matchup against Navy's strength esp without Ballard. I was really on the fence but I do like BC -7. fwiw.
