INTERLEAGUE MADNESS - DAY 3

Well, after questioning whether or not to play today, I have come up with 9 selections for today. This is a clue as to why I refer to this as 'madness'.
3* Pitt +08
2* Mil +15
2* Cub/Det U 9 E
2* Phi/Bal O 9- -05
2* Pit/CWS U 9
2* Mon -07
1* Cin +50
1* Cle -40
And for the night cap, final subway series game this year...........................
2* Yankees -20
I know this pick is contrary to what most seem to be going with. Reed is best Mets got, Kiesler has been getting hit well. Tide in Mets favor after last night....... I see it differently. I see the much better team at a small price playing in front of a national audience who saw them lose a game that should have been theirs 3 weeks ago. Mets do not hit lefty's that well and have never seen Kiesler. Yanks can hit Reed, so long as they are patient. I don't see Torre letting Kiesler get banged up for a 7 run inning, he will pull him unlike Valentine who left Trachsel in other day. Torre wants this game bad. Yanks want this game bad. I will back them both in making a statement to the public tonight.
Of course, if my day picks get clobbered, you should probably bet your roll on the Mets tonight....

I guess the two things I can be thankful for is that a) I wasn't home or near updates to suffer slowly & b) plays were not 10* each.
I really want to play NYY BIG tonight, to catch up, but I will not. If I do, the final will be something like NYM 13 NYY 1.

On anyone's BEST day they could not go 11-0, so how is it one can go 0-11?? Amazing...one thing for sure I will be on the Yanks tonight betting you cant go 0-12.
