internet browser problem....help?

Ok, here's one for you computer gurus.....

when i surf the net....sometimes my internet explorer browser JUMPS to the bottom of the page without me even scrolling it....???

and then when i try to scroll back up...it jumps back down again, until i refresh the page....

this is getting annoynig....

any thoughts?

clean your mouse...
other than that I have no clue, KMA might be able to add a few thoughts...

Click in the window of the currently viewed page and then work the scroll bar. That 'click' should reset it.

Also try cleaning your cache.
