Internet Explorer Question

ok...........for some god dam reason when I click on "maximize" the whole screen comes up and the "toolbar" at the bottom vanishes........only when I minimize the screen does the "toolbar" at the bottom reappear...................so my question is this:


"how do I fix it so the toolbar stays there all the time"???

I use windows xp, and assuming that you are as well if not then disregard this, cause i don't know how it works on other operating systems.

1) right click on the taskbar

2) click on properties

3) make sure the box is checked that says keep the taskbar on top of other windows

if that don't work, not sure, but it should.
