For what is worth....Iowa State Qb Wallace has serious problems with wet ball....saw Iowa game which they won 36-31 but...
it was 7-7 early then it lightly showered thru almost halftime....Iowa hung 17 on them second quarter, Iowa State 0 points....sun came out dried up and Iowa State went bonkers.

Saw Iowa State vs Okla....rainy ugly day game at Norman Wallace could not grip ball at all lose 49-3

Iowa st has lost last 3, 58-7 at KSU, 41-27 at Col, home final
37-20 UConn.

They face a n offensive machine Boise St, in Idaho on the Psychadelic blue carpet Tuesday at noon Eastern....

Looking at weather forecast in Boise today Sunday beautiful
46 degree day...tomorrow snow advisory ,15-25mph winds.
Tuesday game day 40% chance rain, mid 30's in afternoon.
Noon eastern standard is 10 am in Boise...in all probability
it will be a raw wet cold start.

I plan early total play...it will surely go up for possible middle..
if weather ugly...my shekels on Boise..

weather in Boise as of 6am now saying "overcast, humidity 70%, periods of rain showers" may have to see game time conditions on this
one....see lots of good cappers on Iowa st.....they may have something to prove after horrible end to season...no rain will change my way

I remember the Iowa/Iowa State game a bit differently than you, aldabra. Seeing as the game started at 5 PM, the sun had already set by halftime, and the only rain that fell that day in Iowa City fell early in the day, well before kickoff. Banks fumbled because he had hit his hand on a lineman's helmet early in the game, not because the ball was slick. Doesn't matter as Iowa State will win this game straight up.

Missed the helmet hit....remember wet field and announcer comments on wetball problem...you could be right, he did not hit
hand on helmet in OU game did he?

I think we are confusing each other...LOL. Yes, Wallace for Iowa State hit his hand on a helmet in the Oklahoma game and that one was played in a downpour. I was talking about Banks for Iowa hitting his hand on a helmet in the Ia/ISU game. Iowa State just scored-- liking my ML play on the 'Clowns even more now........

Lot of football left in this one, but I do like my chances. Just another example of a major conference also-ran being much more physical than a supposedly quality team from a conference, that, in my opinion, doesn't even belong in D-I football. Good luck to you as well, aldabra, much more football today and the next couple.

I might be a bit biased.... .... but a ML play on Iowa looks kinda tasty to me......
