Probably a lot of other games that are going to be better to watch this weekend, especially the lsu/ole miss game. However, one of the finest rivalries in college fb is on at 330 on cbs.
Take the spread, throw it out the window. Every year, it doesn't matter how these two teams are playing or what their record is, it won't make a difference. Fortuately, the tide happens to be a HUGE underdog and I'm still having trouble why the spread is what it is.
This auburn team has had just about everything go wrong for them this entire season. Along with poor play calling by their idiotic offensive coordiantors, auburn's admin still feels that tub's 1.6 million dollar salary is worth every cent. Tuberville on the hot seat, so he may try and pull some fast ones out this weekend to fool the tide. Is that what vegas thinks? Is that why tide is +8? no clue. Jason campbell is one of the worst qb's I've ever watched play the game and along with the dead beat play calling, i see no reason not to take +8 and the ML. Given the tide has had its fair share of struggles this year, I think that with auburn's *potential* and lsu's near shutout last week in ttown opted for the huge spread. home field advantage too.
