Is Dressing just for Thanksgiving?

As I was shoveling the dressing into my piehole today it occured to me that outside of Thanksgiving I never get to eat this wonder of the pallet. Do people actually make this stuff year around or is it a Thanksgiving thing:shrug:

It's against the law in most states to eat dressing/stuffing on other then Thanksgiving. :SIB

I slow cooker a batch maybe once a month. Buy one of those rotissiere chickens there at the store and enjoy!
