Good value for the money....why stay on the strip for more money?

Just my opinion.

You can stay at the Imperial Palace for the same price and be in the middle of the action rather than on the south strip which is pretty much a dead zone.

NOTE: the IP is about as bad but, location is important.

Flamingo stinks of fish... good location. Indoor sky diving center behind the Riviera which is a plus. I would check the Monte Carlo at the other end of the strip might be better for what you r looking for?

The resort fees at the Monte Carlo are close to what you will pay for the room on a weekday at IP.

You can try the Rio too as it is off strip but, it is much nicer than IP and the rates are just a bit higher. Then you can always walk over to the Palms or the Gold Coast and shuttle (for free) to the strip.

I'm assuming you are looking for the best value at a casino hotel.

I stayed at the IP for superbowl, and it was just fine. Room was just as nice as the Monte Carlo was 3 years ago. It's cheap too, and easy to get a comped room.

:mj07: :mj07: :mj07: what u like about it the rundown walls or the 1980s tv  and it is no way in hell even close to the montecarlo :nono:
