I know the catch is that next season may see a lockout happen but this seems like an unbelievable deal. Great way to get fans to the arena an experience how much more exciting live NHL action is compared to what you see on television.

i think its stupid...i know long island isn't near sold out for there regular season games that is why there doing it...hell it might even work due to the fact NY has a strong hockey base...
but it won't work in places like Flordia, Carolina, ect.. were there not hockeytowns...


plus it isn't fair for arenas that are ALWAYS SOLD OUT like Toronto, Vancouver, Detriot, Colorada, Minnesota ect...
