Its time for a consumption tax

why not? tax everyone at the same rate say around 10-15% on things you buy, no income tax at all, what do you think? I would be for this.

www.fairtax.org- I'm all for a comsumption based tax. You get your full paycheck and you have control over how much you pay in taxes. I only hope I see it in my lifetime. Problem is it takes soooo much power away from Congress and the K street folks that I doubt they'd ever go for it.

I would vote for flat tax... but we will never see it... :shrug:

why would the greedy pigs in washington go for a consumption tax INSTEAD of an income tax when the can have income tax AND consumption tax

more of it is coming.
