I did the same, the whole building was swaying back and forth, I gave my tickets for the ride to a couple of kids

Tbonezo295 you are correct. The buliding has to have give in it. Be up there at night pick out some landmark and cover one eye.

My ex-fiance's mother was/is the CEO of the engineering company that helped with the building of the stratosphere.
What was really scary, was seeing the pics of them on top of the building in it's construction phase, without windows etc. That would have definitely scared the pooh out of me.

dog.....we're just south of STP, in inver grove. i think you probably took more of a hit in the past week than we did, and to say the least, it was UGLY here!!!! how bout the 100 mph winds in richfield??
you're right on the SPECTACULAR lightening show.... (not to mention enough freaken rain to sink Noah and his pals) don't think winds here ever topped 50, but precip was unrelentless. at least it FINALLY cooled off today tho
