A HUGE kudos to LA Burns for his total help in making our family trip to Nawlins an amazing experience for our kids. Made a plan from beginning to end, gave restaurants that were perfect (Patois, Borgne, August, and Luke) and steered us in the direction of Tipitina's for a free concert Friday that all the kids totally enjoyed, especially the old ones :0008 Angela and myself, it was a brass band combined with a rapping band, a great combination. Stooges were great.
Patois Chef Burgau came to our table and shared 15 minutes of his time, explaining his dish thoughts and sharing his friendship of Scott (LA Burns) and Jack (Cie).
Unfortunately never heard by phone from Cie except email early and was hoping to catch up. Maybe next time my friend. Hope so, wanted you to meet our family.
Regardless, if anyone is going to NOLA anytime soon and want a to do itinerary, I can provide the one provided by our e-host Scott, we used for gastronomic perfection and fun. Scott, you have mail. Thank you for everything.
