Posted plays here in bowls: 3-2 +2.85
(Frustrated, but not deterred...have liked today's slate for a long time!)

3* Okie State/Mississippi Over 60

These two teams combined to average over 70 ppg this year, but get it done in totally different ways, with the Rebels passing the ball for 288 ypg behind Manning and Okie State running the ball for 227 ypg behind an outstanding OL. Oklahoma State is 10-3 O/U when playing a team with a winning record, as they have a tendecy to try and out-shoot good teams. Someone scored over 37 points in all of the Cowboys games since their opening game this season, and we expect the same here, as Manning goes out lighting up the Cowboy secondary in a game filled with big plays.

I had an appointment and missed the end of the 2nd quarter and all of the third. When I left I felt great about the game, and then I hear that OSu was scoreless in the 3rd quarter?!? They were doing everything they wanted against the Rebels when I was watching...and now they are moving it again...

What happened in the 3rd quarter...total Rebel offensive dominance?

Thanks.

2* Ohio State +7

This game will be won by whoever dictates tempo in the running game by two very different running teams. While the Wildcats are always looking for the big play in their option attack, Ohio State wears you down with a vanilla attack. We will be really surprised if either team is able to jump out much of a lead at any point in this game. Ohio State's special teams and defense's ability to keep them in games is well-documented, and everyone remembers from last year how well Tressell can game plan for an opponent. Once again, Ohio State is undervalued in a big game, as they underperform as a big fav, but should find some extra motivation in being a TD dog.
