Figure on Fleury

Sullivan isn?t expected to name his starting goalie until he meets with reporters around 5 p.m., but the near-consensus is that Marc-Andre Fleury will get the call.

The Penguins will be playing on consecutive nights ? remember, they are coming off that game in Ottawa ? and Sullivan rarely goes with the same guy in those situations.

Besides, Fleury has done some quality work lately, especially since the March 1 trade deadline passed.

He is 3-0-1 in his past four decisions and stopped 21 shots in a 4-0 victory against Florida in his most recent start, Sunday at PPG Paints Arena.

What?s more, he is 12-3-3 since Dec. 1, with a 2.58 goals-against average and .920 save percentage during that span.

New York goalie Thomas Greiss, who left the Penguins as a free agent in 2015 and signed with the Islanders, has set career highs for starts (45), victories (25) and shutouts (3).

However, he is expected to have the night off while Jaroslav Halak, recalled from New York?s American Hockey League farm team Thursday, gets a start.
