Just an FYI for all of you Yankee fans. A monster is ready to be unleashed in the Brox. Joba Chamberlain just got called up from AAA Scranton this afternoon. His fastball ranges from 96-102 MPH with nice movement. I witnessed his last start and he was untouchable!!

As I know we all like to make money, it is safe to say I would not hesitate putting life savings on this young stud. keep an eye out for his next start and you will not be dissapointed! :mj06:

He's not up yet but should be soon. And yes, he is in the bullpen for this season but Cashman has said they want him to be a starter eventually.

He has an average of 20.3 k per 9 innings I guess that should work in the bigs.

Like our boy pointed out looks like he will be in the pen for now, but look for more innings in the future. He is a horse that can throw innings down the stretch.

Thought they were grooming this Edwar Ramirez for the closer role....He also looks lights out in Scranton. Ramirez has only given up three earned ruuns since May.....yes that's right MAY!

I saw him pitch in Tampa in May and it was unreal... the first inning no one took a swing at any pitches he had 11 k's in five innings... He will have his ups and downs at first but he is the real deal everyone will see..
