Will be interesting to see what Missouri does. I can't believe the quote that was out today from the Missouri official that said "that's what we are left with", when referring to the SEC and how they would have rather gone to the Big 10. Way to let the conference that is considering you know they are second choice in your book.

No offense to TCU, but they add nothing to the conference. It really makes no sense at all to add them. Simply evidences that the Big 12 just needs to die. Texas has options that could work with the LHN - so I have no idea at all what DeLoss is thinking.

Maybe I'm wrong but the Big12 just added a quality football program that's close to all the other schools. That's a big add to me.

I can't remember where I read it, but there was an article that showed TCU games against quality opponents on TV do in fact generate big viewing audiences in the DFW market. The Big XII already had the DFW audience, but now it has more.

There is also a growing alum base in California, so the Big XII will have more TVs in that market now too. So, to say TCU adds nothing is inaccurate. It may not add much more, but it adds something.

I'm excited to see how it all plays out.
