Information comes from another forum, capper there follows SE Miss st/SEMO very close as he lives nearby and attends games, practices, bumps into players and coach as well. TONIGHT, it was announced Calvin Williams has been dismissed from the team. Cal was Semo's top player, the only real threat down low. There are only 6 scholarship players left on this team, 1 is playing with fractured foot and broken nose. Eastern Illinois beat this team 2wice last season by 20.This capper had a similiar play 3 or 4 weeks back against this team and it cashed big. My book just opened the line at -14, I got on, and the line has already went -14.5 . He thinks the value will decrease if the line hits -18, worried EIU will empty bench if game opens up past 22ish. MJ's has been good to me, just trying to return the favor. Please don't play this blind, check it out first.

Thanks for the article IE, as we all know info given by others on forums are subject to a certain amount of trust (the fellow I received this info from). I feel better with this post along with your provided story. I got my arss handed to me with San Diego st. last week when 3 starters were supposed to be out, and low and behold they play, and played well. Grrr. Hopefully I get mine back with this play. I was already leaning SE MISS here.......Still going to play them, but for less units now. Going to let that line inflate more. I know EILL beat this team already by 20 earlier, but they never blow anyone out. This will be a perfect middle/dog opportunity here IMO. There will be way, way too much love for the home team in this one now especially because of Williams being out. They still have Kenard Moore who is the leading scorer who put up 20 against EILL in the last game. All I gotta say is when it looks too good to be true...it usually is. EILL will win here no doubt, but I see SE MISS players stepping up and staying within number that will be even bigger now. I've seen it time and time again when a team's best player goes down and in that first game they miss everyone thinks they get blown out and they end up surprising. I can see that happening again here.....Just don't go nuts if you take EILL.

Never thought of the middling oppertunity, If I have EIU at -14, I'll watch the line and grab SEMO at it's peek. I hav'nt really tried to middle anything yet, as I'm still new to wager world, but do you normally bet half your original wager on the middleing oppertunity? Any advise would be appreciated, thanks
I'm not one for doing middle's either, but I'm sure someone could advise. I just know people who do middle's will be all over this one with the 3-4 pt swing. I hope this line reaches 20!! Gimme the points!!!!

Well depending how you wanna do it, if you're a risky guy playing it for the whole amount if it landed middle could be a huge payday...if you do half then you still leave an opportunity to lose more then won. I when it presents itself plsy the whole amount back thus just leaving me the vig to pay if it doesnt hit both sides, so if I played a dime SEMO play a Dime n ILL and only risk 100 to win 2000. I played the superbowl as such with teasers(dumbest bet I ever made but it paid great) I had steelers pk and over/steelers pk and und....as well as Cards +13 and ov and cards +13 and under...worked perfect but it was stupid beings I left myself on the line to lose alot or gain alot....in your play here though you are truely hedging the losing possibility except the vig. BOL and hope it lands right at 15 for ya
I don't have the gut to tell anyone to pound a game, but -15 still looks good.(my book opened at -14 and is still at -17 at the moment) I'm trying to find the score of a SEMO game a few weeks back when Calvin was suspended, cashed on that one good. Believe it was a 20+ point win. Thanks for the responses on middling, I'll watch the lines and decide closer to tipoff.

Old School you are like an information Gooroo, lol. On 1/12 they played Tenn Martin. Line opened at TM -9, after it was known NO CALVIN, line went to -14, final score 81-67, -9 winner/-14 push. 1 week later Tenn Martin plays them again WITH CALVIN and wins again by 13 points. EIU won on 1/10 by 20 with Calvin. Line for this game opened at -14 and sits at -17, I might just go with my original wager and maybe tease this fawker with UCONN for some easy $$$, I hope.

ya never know how players will respond to a piece of schyt being kicked off a team..
best case in this stuff is to put a dime on the early line..
then watch it go up till ya can't wait any longer or until it drops a half...
the played the friggin middle...
cost in minute and reward is sweet if ya hit that ever elusive bucket middle..

i feel a big second half coming from the Panthers...The Redhawks were playing on emotion to start the game and when it finally kicks in that Williams isnt there they will crack...
