mlicki is going to gmake mistakes and get hit hard at some point if he pitches not to lose,by that i see already that he is not woking the ball like he does so well in out up down,he is aiming the ball and staying away/ when you aim the ball you will leave it up and out at some point and you will get smoked.
the e didnot help by lugo who shouldnot be playing but you will see if he picks and aims the ball he will get hit.
when you aim the ball you hand is to far behind the ball and you push which keeps it up and flatter.you need tostaymore on top of the ball and throwing on a down hill plain, which he didnot do at all in the first.
just some thoughts on what i saw in the first.

Thanks, fletcher. I think you are right.

I'm on HOU, but not too heavy. I am watching the line at wagerstreet.com on their in progress wagering. They are currently ATL -220. I am hoping HOU can get a lead and bring the line down to plus something and I am going to get on ALT.

Like you say, I think it is only a matter of time before Mlicki gives up a multi-run homer.

he made adjustments in the 4th,he got on top and the ball had good movement and downward movemet also,he was able to run it in on the hands so nothing was hit hard, except the foul ball to jorden and that pitch was pushed and flat, and jorden took it into the upper deck but foul.
now see if he stays with it the next few innings or if he goes back to the first 3 innings,he was ripped hard the first 3 he is lucky for double plays.
