My partner in handicapping is at the race.....usually one of 4 guys is at the race, and our job is to time each car during all practice sessions at different intervals in a run.
Kahne was great on the short.....hence, the poll position, but the longer the run went, the worse his car was against the field.
Who knows.......this race could very well be won on fuel mileage and screw everything up.....that is why you can do all the handicapping you want on this, and it really doesnt matter. Usually the best car doesnt win and lots of good cars wreck out leaving our money up in the air.
So getting the information and knowing who will have the best cars has never been a problem to me......knowing who will be there in the end has.
Good luck this week!
