Giving 12 1/2 points to a Tom Herman coached team is a freakin' gift! Houston returns 13 starters (including their QB) from a team that only lost one game last year and smoked Florida State 38-24 in the Bowl game, as a 7 point dog! I'm taking the generous spread.

BOISE STATE -20 W
Boise returns nearly their entire offense, including their QB. I don't see how this game stays close.

OHIO STATE ov 67 W
This total opened at 56 and is now at 67. I still think it goes over.

Good start to the year yesterday, but it ended with the Clemson loss. Clemson was up 19-6 with 4 minutes left in the game when I went to bed, but ended up 19-13 and didn't cover the 9 points I was laying. That sucks, but that's football. On to today....

Simply put....in my opinion, Notre Dame is just the better team.

Clemson could have kicked about a 30 yd field goal and went up by 9 but elected to run it on 4th and 6, but I won the western Michigan game and was suppose to have lost so it all evens out I guess

LOL That's kinda why I went to bed. I figured if I was going to lose the bet, I didn't want to see it. But like you say, you win some that way and you lose some that way! You just have to hope that in the long run the winners out number the losers. Good luck to you too Rusty!
