Temple coming into this game after the huge emotional and physical battle vs Notre Dame last Saturday night. With one day less to prepare and considering the fact that they have to travel to Texas, I see Temple coming out of the gate a little flat tonight. Throw in the fact that Temple has averaged only 11 points per game in the first half this year (17 in 2nd half). I know SMU's defense is atrocious, but their offense is pretty good and their duel threat QB has completed 137 of 243 passes for 1,779 yards, with 14 TDs and only four interceptions. I just think SMU comes out of the gate firing and I'm counting on Temple starting the game somewhat flat. So I'm making a wager on 1st half SMU +7 Double Play.
